License Terms

Printship3D grants an unlimited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to print and use a 3D model, which can be downloaded after purchase, for personal use, for an indefinite period of time until terminated by either party.

If you exercise the rights granted by the License (as defined below), you agree to be bound by the terms of this Personal Use License. To the extent that this License can be construed as a contract, you will receive the rights granted by the License in exchange for your acceptance of these Terms, those rights in exchange for PrintShip3D making the 3D Digital Files of the Licensed 3D Model available to you under these Terms puts.

§1 - Definitions

A 3D model is the result of 3D modeling, the process of developing a three-dimensional representation of objects and surfaces.
Licensed 3D Model means the 3D Model for which PrintShip3D uses this license.
A 3D Digital File is a digital representation of a 3D Model in the form of a digital file that can be downloaded from PrintShip3D in formats such as, but not limited to, STL, FBX, or OBJ.
A 3D print is a physical printed version of a 3D model from a 3D digital file.
Printship3D is the copyright owner and author of the licensed 3D model.
The Licensed Rights mean the rights granted to you under the Terms of Use set forth in this License, limited to the copyright applicable to your use of the Licensed 3D Model.
The term "pass on" means to make available to the public by any means or process that requires permission under the Licensed Rights, such as reproduction, public performance, distribution, broadcast, communication, or import, including in such a way that anyone can access it from a place and time of their choosing.
The term "You" (Licensee) refers to any person or entity exercising the rights granted by the License. The term PrintShip3D also refers to the licensee.

Section 2 - Scope of this License

Subject to your compliance with the terms of this License, PrintShip3D authorizes you to exercise the rights granted by this License worldwide, non-sublicensable, non-exclusive for the entire duration of the application of this License to 3D prints of the Licensed 3D Model, in whole or in part, for private and personal use Use to reproduce

Article 3 - Conditions for using this license

PrintShip3D fully agrees to the transfer of images of the 3D prints for private, non-commercial use.

This license does not include permission:

to sell, distribute, share, donate, exchange or copy the Licensed 3D Model;
to sell, distribute, share, donate, exchange, copy, modify, or adapt the 3D Digital Files of the Licensed 3D Model.

Article 4 - Limitations of Warranties and Disclaimers

Except as otherwise noted, this License contains no warranties of any kind, including but not limited to any express, implied, statutory or otherwise, with respect to this License.

Article 5 - Duration and Termination

This license is in perpetuity unless this license is terminated by either party.
