PrintShip3D was created because I believe that model making is far more than simply assembling a pre-made kit. For me, it's about creating a piece of history and putting your own creativity at the forefront. As a passionate model maker and 3D printing enthusiast, I want to give you the freedom to design, build, and customize your own ship models – entirely according to your own vision.
The idea behind PrintShip3D was to create a model-making experience as flexible as 3D printing itself. No rigid kits, no limits to your creativity – you have control over how your model looks and how big it will be.

I don't just want to offer you a model – I want to give you the opportunity to create a true masterpiece. With my 3D-printable kits, you can take model making to a whole new level. Whether you're an experienced model builder or just starting out with 3D printing, I provide everything you need to build your own unique ship model.
How it all began: An idea becomes reality
PrintShip3D was born from my own passion for ships and the idea of expressing this fascination in a completely new way. The first project that inspired me was the "Mein Schiff 3" model. I wanted to create a model that looked exactly like the original, but at the same time used the flexibility of 3D printing to make it accessible to everyone. PrintShip3D grew from this vision – and now I want to offer you the opportunity to create your own model.
Our goal
We hope that 3D printing will become another good and accepted way to produce model ships in various sizes, shapes, and variations. PrintShip3D gives you the opportunity to buy digital models and print them in any scale. Large models can be produced in individual sections and then screwed and glued together to create a watertight seal.
With PrintShip3D, we're moving away from fixed, pre-made kits from the market and putting many decisions in your hands. We give you control over the size and functionality of your models. You get to decide how long and wide your model should be, so you can build it to fit exactly where you envision it.
