A model of a slightly different kind. This anchor isn't meant for any of your models. Rather, with this model, you can place a piece of history on your shelf.
This model is based on the Titanic anchor memorial in Netherton. The Titanic's anchor was manufactured in Netherton in 1911 by the Hingley company. To commemorate the 100th anniversary of the Titanic's sinking, the memorial was erected in the center of Netherton. The replica anchor was transported to its location by horses on a wagon, just as it was in 1911.
The model
For this model, we chose a scale of 1:43. This gives the anchor platform an area of 20.1 cm x 10 cm.
All components are adapted to the platform. Scaling is no longer necessary.
